Sine, a Michelin-star restaurant by chef Roberto Di Pinto, was born in 2018 as an expression of an idea of unconventional hospitality: tailor-made, shaped on the changing desires of guests and the moments of their lives.

The passion for Neapolitan and Bell roots is intertwined with creative reinterpretations that, with respect and audacity, carry tradition towards the future. Each dish is the result of an impeccable technique and a careful seasonal selection, with the intention of surprising, freeing gastronomy from clichés and tired rituals.

Sine is a space of freedom and awareness, where cooking becomes culture, emotion, and sharing.

Chef Di Pinto will be happy to welcome you, accompanying you to his exclusive cellar for a glass of Champagne as an aperitif (or a glass of limoncello at the end of the meal) and share a special moment with you and your guests, before creating a tailor-made tasting menu.

Chef Roberto Di Pinto will welcome you to the Sine to offer you a unique and memorable gastronomic experience. You will be accommodated at one of the best tables in the restaurant, and it will be the Chef, with his sensitivity and creativity, who will talk to you to interpret your tastes and create a tailor-made menu, designed exclusively for the occasion.

Our sommelier will guide you on a dedicated wine route, selecting the most suitable wines to accompany each course of your personalized menu.

During the evening, you will have the opportunity to visit the Chef's secret cellar and spend a few moments in his company, sipping a glass of Champagne for the aperitif or, if you prefer, a glass of limoncello at the end of dinner, to conclude with a touch of authentic Neapolitan conviviality.
