MY VISA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Q: Which cards can be registered on my Visa?
You can register on my Visa if you have a Visa Infinite card, issued in Italy by one of the following institutions: UniCredit S.p.A, Finecobank S.p.A., Nexi Payments S.p.A., Deutsche Bank S.p.A.
Q: How do I login to my visa account?
1. Visit my website and click the 'Login' button at the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your registered email address and password.
3. Click the ‘Log in’ button.
4. You will receive a verification code via email.
5. Check your email for the verification code and enter it in the designated field on the login page.
6. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the login process and access your account.
Q: I would like to delete my account – how do I do this?
Please go to the Account section, and there is an option there to delete your account.
Q: I would like to unsubscribe from receiving my Visa newsletters and marketing communications – how do I do this?
Please go to the Account section, and there is an option there to unsubscribe.
REDEEMING OFFERS AND BENEFITS
Q: I am having issues redeeming one of the benefits or offers on my Visa.
