Fast Track Visa Program 

Terms and Conditions

Visa Fast Track is a fast-track program for access to airport security lanes ("Program") organised by Visa Europe Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, having its registered office at London, Sheldon Square No. 1, W2 6TT, United Kingdom, and registered under UK and Wales Companies Register Number 5139966 ("Visa"). 

 

The Program is open to individuals who hold an eligible Visa Infinite Consumer branded credit, debit or prepaid card  ("Eligible Card(s)"), issued by a bank or payment service provider authorized to issue an Eligible Card ("Eligible Cardholder(s) and/or Cardholder(s)"). 

 

As part of the Program, Visa will post on the Program website ("Program Website"),  all relevant information related to the Program, including but not limited to: (i) how to enjoy free priority access to the security gates of participating airports ("Fast Track" and/or the "Service"), (ii) the indication of the participating airports ("Participating Airports"), (iii) an indication of the type of Eligible Cards for the Program, (iv) an indication of these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

 

The Service is provided free of charge to Eligible Card Holders. Before using the Service, the Cardholder is invited to read these Terms and Conditions and the information available on the Program Website. The Cardholder's use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Service is offered compatibly with the availability and capacity of the individual Participating Airports. Visa does not guarantee the continued availability of the Service at each Participating Airport or at any time.

 

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Italian law. If the Cardholder is a consumer, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. If the Cardholder does not act as a consumer, any dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan. 

 

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Visa reserves the right to modify, update, or limit these Program Terms and Conditions at any time if there are reasonable reasons, including, but not limited to, it is necessary to adapt to changes in applicable law or regulatory practices, as well as to introduce updates, new services and/or new features of the Program, etc. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be made available on the Program Website, with at least thirty (30) days' notice, except for any changes subject to shorter terms permitted by applicable regulations or in the case of urgent changes. Cardholder's continued use of the Program following changes by Visa will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

 

Suspension, Cancellation, Termination of the Program and Causes of Exclusion

Visa also reserves the right to (i) suspend, cancel or terminate the Program in whole or in part at any time or (ii) to exclude a Cardholder from the Program in cases where the Cardholder violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. 

 

Eligible Cards

The Service is reserved for Cardholders who hold the following Eligible Cards:

Visa Infinite consumer debit, credit and prepaid

The number of accesses to the Program available to Eligible Cards is unlimited.

Access to the Fast Track Service may also be obtained through a digital payment wallet ("Wallet"), provided that an Eligible Card has been provisioned and is active within such Wallet. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Wallet" means any digital payment application or service that allows an Eligible Card to be stored electronically on a mobile device, wearable device, or other compatible device and used for identification, authentication, or payment purposes.

 

Participating Airports

Fast Track is available at the following Participating Airports:

  • Linate, Milan (until 31/12/2026)

  • Malpensa, Milan (until to 31/12/2026)

  • Sandro Pertini, Turin (until 31/12/2026)

  • Valerio Catullo, Verona (until 31/12/2026)

  • Capodichino, Naples (until 31/12/2026)

     

Fast Track

Fast Track includes the services and/or activities as described on the Program Website and in these Terms and Conditions: anything not expressly stated therein cannot and should not be considered included in the Service under any circumstances.

The Service provides priority and free access to the security gates reserved for Eligible Card Holders. The  Cardholder can bring one guest free of charge each time. Notwithstanding the forgoing, any additional guests who is not an Eligible Cardholder shall be required to pay the standard fee applicable at the relevant Participating Airport in order to benefit from the Fast Track service.

The Fast Track Service is for Eligible Cardholders only and can be used at Participating Airports. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, access to the Service does not require the payment of any additional fee or registration or registration on dedicated platforms. To use the Service, the Cardholder must present a valid boarding pass and tap his/her Eligible Card or his/her Wallet to verify his/her eligibility at the designated Visa Fast Track access point

Eligibility will be verified by tapping the Eligible Card or Wallet at the validation device installed at the entrance to the Visa Fast Track area, in accordance with the procedures indicated at the relevant Participating Airport. Access to the Service will be allowed only following the positive outcome of the verification.

Access to the Service is reserved for Eligible Cardholders plus one (1) guest, any additional guests who do not hold Eligible Cards will have to pay the standard rate specific to each Participating Airport to take advantage of Fast Track.

Visa does not guarantee the continued availability of the Service at all Participating Airports and reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The availability of the Service, the list of Eligible Cards, the means of access and the list of Participating Airports may be changed from time to time for operational, technical, commercial or regulatory reasons and are in any case subject to the limitations, conditions of access and requirements applicable at each Participating Airport or at the relevant third-party Service provider. Any updates will be made available by updating these Terms and Conditions and/or the Program Website. Cardholders are therefore invited to periodically consult these documents in order to check for any updates.

Exclusions and limitations of liability

Visa does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to the Cardholder where this is contrary to applicable law. 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the foregoing paragraph, Visa and its affiliates or their directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors (collectively, the "Visa Parties") exclude all liability for any damages of any kind, direct or indirect, resulting from (i) errors, failures, malfunctions or problems of any kind, whether human, mechanical, letterpress, network, or electronic, related to this Program, including, but not limited to, errors, malfunctions, or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Program and/or access to the Service; (ii) for any fraudulent and/or unlawful use by any third party of Eligible Visa Cards under the Program; or (iii) for disruptions beyond Visa's reasonable control. 

Cardholders who are found to tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Program, as determined solely by Visa, will be removed from accessing the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Visa Parties for all losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from or arising out of any breach by Cardholder of these Terms and Conditions.

Processing of personal data 

Visa will process Cardholders' personal information to the extent necessary for the performance of a contract (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations. In any event, Visa will process Cardholders' personal information in accordance with Visa's Global Privacy Policy available here.

Under data protection laws, Cardholders have a number of rights (including, but not limited to, the right to: request a copy of the information Visa holds about them; ask Visa to update their personal information if it is incorrect or incomplete; object to Visa's processing of their personal information; and ask Visa to delete or restrict their personal information). This is without prejudice to the right of Cardholders to lodge a complaint with Visa or a competent supervisory authority (where applicable, the Data Protection Authority) where Visa is believed to have processed Cardholders' personal information in violation of applicable laws.

Visa uses a third-party service provider to administer the Program Website and provide customer support. The supplier is called Omnio Europe S.p.A., a company incorporated and registered in Italy (registration number IT07624990961), with registered office at Via Antonio Salandra 13, 00187 Rome (RM)., (the "Program Administrator").Where a Cardholder submits a complaint or customer support request in relation to the Program, the Program Administrator may collect and process certain personal information necessary to handle such request, including the Cardholder's name, surname, telephone number, email address, and the first six and last four digits of the relevant Eligible Card. The Program Administrator may share such information and any details relating to the complaint or request with Visa to enable Visa to investigate, manage, and resolve the matter.

Visa may also share Cardholders' personal information with the Program Administrator and with companies and service providers involved in the operation of the Program where necessary for the administration of the Program and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
