You will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and you will have the opportunity to enter the secrets of haute cuisine under the guidance of our starred chef. During the masterclass, you can put your hands in the dough and learn how to prepare one of the iconic dishes of the restaurant, discovering advanced culinary techniques and secrets in the processing of raw materials.
At the end of the lesson, you will sit at a gourmet dinner with a tasting menu designed to reflect the lesson you just learned, designed to enhance every single flavor. Each course will be accompanied by a selection of fine wines, carefully cared for by our sommelier.
