Il luogo di Aimo e Nadia - A day as a chef

It's 1962, Aimo Moroni and Nadia Giuntoli open a trattoria in the southwestern outskirts of Milan, in via Montecuccoli, Trattoria da Aimo and Nadia. The two cooks, in the early years, propose the cuisine of their region of origin, Tuscany, of which they know the history, traditions, products, and from which many raw materials come that they use in their preparations.

In 2012, the historic sign passed into the wise hands of Chefs Fabio Pisani and Chef Alessandro Negrini, who carry on the legacy of the two spouses by exalting an idea of cuisine that celebrates the ingredient to make a synthesis of gustatory memory and contemporaneity.

The culinary proposal of Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia, a Michelin star, starts from the richness of the Italian territory, from which all the history that the ingredient brings with it is recovered, the relationship with the producer, and his knowledge and experience.
