After a training course in the best Italian and international cuisines, under the guidance of masters such as Paolo Teverini, Gianfranco Vissani and Fabio Barbaglini, Vitantonio has acquired a refined technique and an innate creativity.
The restaurant is located in a cave in Rione Sassi, designed by the architect Alessandro Tortorelli, which preserves the natural charm of the stone. Matera was chosen for its ability to transform cavities and convexity into a unique gastronomic experience.
