So young, yet already endowed with an extraordinary gastronomic depth: Maicol Izzo embodies a surprising creative talent, which has its roots in his Campania and feeds on exotic and international experiences. To express himself in the best possible way, he chose the most authentic and daring way: a single surprise tasting menu, which constantly changes and evolves, reflecting his free and ingenious vision of cuisine, often capable of elegantly subverting the most traditional canons.
Next to him, in the dining room, two special allies: the brothers Valerio and Emanuele, the latter sommelier with rare sensitivity, able to tell each wine with passion and depth, transforming each combination into an emotion.

Every sip is designed to accompany, exalt and surprise, in perfect harmony with every gastronomic creation.
